Educated at the #1 Veterinary Technology program in the country, Purdue University College of Veterinary Medicine. I have experience in small animal private practice as well as large animal teaching hospital teaching hospital experience. I’ve published articles in peer-reviewed veterinary journals. For more than 10 years, I’ve worked on the industry side of the profession. I’m a member of the Purdue College of Veterinary Medicine Alumni Board.
There is endless amount of veterinary advice for pets out there. My goal is to give you accurate scientifically supported information with real world experience that is grounded in my veterinary education and hopefully have fun along the way.
I’ve cried all 56 times I’ve seen the movie Hoosiers. My forever crush, Coach John Wooden. I’ve never met a Pug I didn’t like. Travel takes me to my happy place. Thankful for the opportunity to take my son on his first trip to Europe when he was five. We are eagerly awaiting his next. I believe that “Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry and narrow-mindedness” – Mark Twain.
